7-Day Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or refund request for any eligible item purchased from Rivvets.

1. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, and unwashed).
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at care@rivvets.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

4. Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items such as personalized products or final sale items may not be eligible for returns. This will be clearly marked on the product page.
